Who We Are (Mission Statement)
Next Level Sports Club is an official NFL Youth Flag Football Program servicing residents of Bridgewater, Middleboro, Lakeville and surrounding communities. Our programs cater to boys and girls, ages 4-17 years of age, and from multiple divisions setup by academic grade level: K-1st, 2-4th, 5-8th, 9-11th. In addition, Next Level Sports Club also provide service to athletes ages 4-17 who are neurodiverse. This specific division is titled, "YAWDA" (Young Athletes With Different Abilities) Division to highlight their amazing superpowers as learners and athletes.
As an organization, we strive to inspire and empower youth to develop lifelong skills, confidence, and healthy habits through the power of sports. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, safe, fun, educational and supportive environment where young athletes can build resilience, teamwork, and respect for others. Our mission is to cultivate a love for physical play, encourage personal growth, develop friendships, and promote character development that extends beyond the field, helping each child to reach their full potential both in sports and in life.
We believe that the power of youth sports goes far beyond learning the technical skills of the game. Youth sports develop children by building self-confidence, enhancing communication skills, promoting exercise, forging friendships, improving coping skills, and empowering young people to try new things and develop new skills.
Moreover, Next Level Sports Club supports workforce development by intentionally hiring and training teenagers and college students to work. We place them in leadership roles we believe will help them develop skills they can leverage in the market as they continue to advance in their personal development.
